Round two, any guesses yet? At least its making more sense to me now.  Made a mixed media piece this week, using resin pieces, a prima frame and prima waxes. I really like the woman in the centre, somehow I managed to make her look stone. You can just about see she has wings, which are multicoloured.  Until next time Ems

Working on the new stitch, but at the moment I'd be hard pressed to know what it is, and I know what it is! Any guesses?  I've also been trying out some resin flower trays. Unfortunately I've not figured out how to get the bubbles from the bottom of the moulds yet.  Speaking of resin, I've also finished my resin necklaces.  Finally, I've had this multi connector thing for ages I didn't know what to do with, but it struck me they kind of looked like clouds, so I added a moon charm to it.  Until next time Ems

Post holiday sale blues again, overwhelmed with too much stuff and not enough ideas. I've made some things though.  First and foremost, a finished stitch!  I've already started on the next stitch.  Obviously at the moment you will have no idea what it is. I'm not telling! I also made an eye chaim necklace, using my new pliers. A couple of issues, but not bad.  I've also been using a resin kit from resin8 which I got in the sales. This was a necklace one, and so far I've made 2 necklaces.  It's the first time I've managed to successfully dome a resin piece, so I'm getting better! Until next time Ems

Hope everyone's year is going well so far. I'm going back to trying to use my stash, so I've made a few things.  I used the den sweet den lawn fawn stamps  the forest border die  and chameleon pens to make this card.  Here's the update on the stitch. Getting closer! I used a new set of pliers I got for Christmas which makes head pins easily to make this pair of earrings.  Until next time  Ems

You might have noticed no entry on here last week. Family emergency over Christmas unfortunately. Still, hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New year. This year I'm planning in keeping things simple resolution wise, and working on my spending.  I'm on the last page of my stitch now, so here's the update.  Can't wait till its done and I can move onto the next one!  I've also made a card, using tonic cardstock, my favourite things penguin stamps, lawn fawn forest border die, and the top of a creative expressions die. I love the cardstock cos in certain light it mimics the northern lights.  Until next time Ems
