The Introverted Crafter

Sad week this week, as my little soxy passed away. He was the brother of jinx, who I lost last year. I've had them for so long its weird they aren't here anymore.  I've made one thing this week. I had an old spice rack that I bought from a charity shop. I ripped it down to its base, then added resin pieces and grunge board. I used frames that I coated with wax, and added vintage photos to them. The other resin moulds are painted with distress paint and coated with wax.  I've also been working on the stitch. 4 pages down.  Until next time Ems

Made some necklaces this week, using some sentiment charms that I bought last year. Its a good way to use up some beads.  I've also made a card, using oxide pads, lawn fawn stamps and silver embossing powder.  I've also been working on the stitch.  Thankfully these are the biggest 3 pages, so hopefully it'll be a bit quicker now.  Until next time Ems

Made a few things this week. First, an attempt at a resin skull.  I've also made two cards.  This was made with tim holtz bird and egg die. I cut three eggs to represent me and my two brothers.  This was the tim holtz brushstroke butterflies die.  I've also been working on the stitch. Here's the update. Until next time Ems 

Made a few things this week. First, here's the update on the stitch.  I like it when you've got the juxtaposition of a finished and unfinished page side by side. When you look at the unfinished, it's hard to imagine how detailed it will look when it's done.  I've also made a retirement card, using magazine stamps, tonic studio papers and lawn fawn dies.  Finally, I've made a pair of earrings.  Until next time Ems
